Privacy policy

GameChanger ("GameChanger", "we", "us") is an early-stage sports technology venture building an autonomous, reactive training robot and its surrounding ecosystem. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, where it goes, and the rights you have over it. We have written it to be read, not skimmed past: we collect very little, and we do not sell or trade personal information.

What we collect

What you give us. If you register interest, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, the role you select, and anything you write in the message field. Providing them is voluntary; without an email address we simply cannot reply.

What arrives automatically. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps) for security and reliability.

What we do not collect. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics, and we do not use cookies to profile you. Your light/dark theme choice is stored only in your own browser and is never sent to us.

Why we use it

• To respond to your registration of interest and correspond with you about GameChanger.
• To keep you informed about our progress, where you have asked us to.
• To evaluate potential partnerships, mentorship and investment conversations you initiate.
• To protect the website and our rights (security logs, abuse prevention).

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on your consent (you chose to contact us) and our legitimate interest in responding and building these relationships. We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not sell or share it for advertising.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to the founding team by email through our email delivery provider (Resend, a US-based service), and are handled by our website hosting provider as part of serving the site. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data-processing commitments. Beyond that, we share personal information only if the law requires it or as part of a corporate transaction (such as incorporation or financing), in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

International transfers

We operate internationally, and the providers above process data in the United States and Europe. Where data moves across borders from the EU/UK, Australia or Israel, we rely on the safeguards those laws recognise, such as standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions, as applicable.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation or relationship is live, plus a reasonable period afterwards. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep a specific record.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. We honour them regardless of technicalities, and you can exercise any of them by emailing us.

• EU / UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, plus the right to withdraw consent and to complain to your supervisory authority.
• United States (state laws such as the California CCPA/CPRA): the right to know, correct and delete, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
• Australia (Privacy Act 1988 and the APPs): access and correction, and the right to complain to us and then to the OAIC if we do not resolve it.
• Israel (Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981): the right to review information held about you in a database and to request correction or deletion.

Children

This website is aimed at adults - coaches, athletes' guardians, partners and investors - and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, access to submissions is limited to the founding team, and we keep the data we hold to a minimum. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but the small footprint we keep is the best protection of all.

Changes

As GameChanger grows (a product, an app, analytics, a company entity), this policy will grow with it. We will post the updated version here with a new date, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
