These terms govern your use of this website, operated by the GameChanger founding team ("GameChanger", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. They are deliberately short: this is an informational site for an early-stage venture, not a store.

1. What this site is

GameChanger is developing an autonomous, reactive training robot and its surrounding software ecosystem. Everything described on this site - the robot, the intelligence layer, the support system, the knowledge center, timelines and capabilities - describes a product in development. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a product listing, a price, or a promise of specifications, features or availability dates. Plans, designs and dates can and will change.

2. Forward-looking statements

Statements about our roadmap, market and ambitions are forward-looking and reflect our current intentions. They are not guarantees, and you should not rely on them as such - including for any investment decision. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or financial advice, and nothing here is an offer of securities.

3. Registering interest

Registering interest is exactly that: an expression of interest. It creates no obligation on you and none on us - no reservation, no queue position, no contract. You agree to provide accurate contact details, and our privacy policy explains how we handle them.

4. Intellectual property

The GameChanger name, logo, product designs, images, text and everything else on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site; you may not copy, scrape, reproduce or use the content commercially without our written permission.

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, probe or overload it, no automated scraping, no submitting content that is unlawful, deceptive or belongs to someone else.

The site may link to third-party sites and services. They have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site's accuracy, availability or fitness for any purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and disputes belong to the courts there - except where the law of your place of residence grants you protections and venue rights that cannot be excluded.
